Welcome to the Mayfield Graves County United Soccer Association! We offer coed soccer programs for ages 3 and up, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and the joy of the game. No matter your child’s age or experience level, there’s a place for them to play and grow!

U4 – Kinder Soccer (Ages 2-3)

Introduction to the game with fun and engaging activities.

  • No referees; coaches lead games.
  • No goalkeepers.
  • Focus on basic motor skills: dribbling, kicking, and teamwork.
  • Small field, 3v3 games with an optional parent on the field.

U6 (Ages 4-5)

Building fundamentals and understanding the game.

  • Games officiated by one referee.
  • No goalkeepers.
  • Players learn dribbling, passing, and movement.
  • Introduction to teamwork and game awareness.

U8 (Ages 6-7)

Developing skills and teamwork.

  • Games officiated by one referee.
  • Goalkeepers introduced.
  • Players work on ball control, passing, and positioning.
  • Learning basic offensive and defensive strategies.

U10 (Ages 8-9)

Advancing game knowledge and competitive play.

  • Two or three referees officiate.
  • Goalkeepers in play.
  • Players refine shooting, passing, and defensive techniques.
  • Introduction of penalty kicks and offside rules.

U12 (Ages 10-11)

Sharpening skills and game strategy.

  • Full game rules, including penalty kicks and offside calls.
  • Players develop tactical positioning and team play.
  • Greater emphasis on endurance, speed, and advanced techniques.

U14 (Ages 12-13)

Competitive gameplay with increased strategy.

  • Full game rules, including penalty kicks and offside calls.

  • Players refine ball control, tactical passing, and defensive coordination.

  • Advanced offensive and defensive strategies introduced.

  • Emphasis on teamwork, positioning, and reading the game.

U16 (Ages 14-15)

High-level competition and strategic play.

  • Full game rules, including penalty kicks and offside calls.
  • Players master advanced techniques and tactical awareness.
  • Focus on endurance, agility, and quick decision-making.
  • Preparing players for higher-level competition.

Kids of All Abilities Play (KAAP)

A welcoming program for children with learning or physical differences.

  • Modified gameplay to support all abilities.
  • Emphasis on confidence, coordination, and teamwork.
  • A fun and inclusive environment where every child can enjoy soccer.
